TrackMan iO is the latest ceiling-mounted golf simulator system from TrackMan, the global leader in launch monitor technology. It uses dual radar, infrared sensors, and high-speed imaging to capture 40+ data points per shot — including ball speed, club speed, launch angle, spin rate, attack angle, club path, face angle, smash factor, carry distance, and more. TrackMan iO is the same technology trusted by PGA Tour professionals, top instructors, club manufacturer R&D departments, and over 1,000 golf facilities worldwide. Unlike camera-only or floor-based systems, TrackMan iO requires no clip-on devices, no floor sensors, and tracks both club and ball with PGA Tour-grade accuracy.

Yes — bring your own clubs! TrackMan iO works with any standard golf clubs and standard golf balls. Most members and visitors prefer playing with their own equipment for the most realistic experience. We also have rental clubs available for guests who don't have their own, and the simulators work equally well with rental clubs.

TrackMan iO works with any standard golf ball — including premium tour balls (Pro V1, Chrome Soft, TP5), distance balls, and range balls. For the most accurate spin rate measurements, we recommend a premium urethane-cover ball. We provide quality range balls in every bay at no extra charge.

Yes — most groups complete a full 18-hole virtual round in 60–90 minutes per player at NeoGolf. Compared to a 4–5 hour round on a real course, indoor golf is dramatically faster. This makes NeoGolf perfect for busy professionals who want to play real golf during their lunch break, after work, or any time without committing a full half-day.

For public bookings, you'll receive a door code 15 minutes before your reservation via the TrackMan Golf app. Download the app, create a free account, and your code arrives automatically. At the bay, connect your phone to the 'NeoGolf Amp' WiFi network and scan the QR code displayed on the bay screen to launch your session. Members have 24/7 mobile app access — open TrackMan app → My Bookings → access link.

For members, yes — NeoGolf members enjoy 24/7 app-based access. There are no time restrictions, no booking conflicts, and no staff required. For public visitors, our staffed hours are 7AM–7PM daily at D'Iberville and 10AM–10PM daily at Ocean Springs. Walk-ins are welcome during staffed hours.

Every bay rental includes: full TrackMan iO simulator access, 500+ virtual courses, all 10 entertainment game modes, 1 complimentary guest (additional guests $10), rental clubs if needed, WiFi, music casting via NeoGolf Amp, YouTube TV on bay screens, climate-controlled environment, and access to all facility amenities. No hidden fees.

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. For private events and group bookings, we partner with local favorites like Newk's and Rip'n Hot Chicken to provide catering at $10 per guest. The Ocean Springs location is directly adjacent to Crave Food Hall, where you can grab food before, during, or after your session.

Yes — both NeoGolf locations are fully ADA accessible with ground-floor entry, wheelchair-friendly bay layouts, and accessible restrooms. The D'Iberville location has ground-level access. Yes — NeoGolf is one of the most family-friendly entertainment venues on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Kids as young as 5 can enjoy our entertainment game modes like Magic Pond, Party Putt, and Cannon Bowl, which require no golf skill. Older kids and teens love the competitive games and long-drive contests. We're climate-controlled, no weather concerns, and a 90-minute bay rental gives the whole family a memorable experience for less than the cost of taking everyone to a movie.

Most public bay rentals are 60 minutes, which is enough time for 1–2 players to play 9 holes or enjoy 2–3 entertainment games. Groups of 3–4 typically book 90 minutes or 2 hours to play a full 18-hole virtual round. There's no pressure — you control the pace. Compared to a 4–5 hour real golf round, indoor golf at NeoGolf is dramatically more time-efficient for busy families and professionals.
