Your First Visit to NeoGolf

Never been to a golf simulator? No problem. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book to the moment you see your first TrackMan data. Five steps, five one-minute videos.

Download the TrackMan Golf App

Head to the App Store or Google Play and search 'TrackMan Golf.' Create a free account. This is how you'll get your door code and connect to the simulator.

Unlock the Door

15 minutes before your booking, you'll receive a door code in the TrackMan app. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Members use 24/7 mobile app access instead.

Set Up the TrackMan

Power on the bay (switch is on the wall), connect to NeoGolf WiFi, and scan the QR code on the bay screen with your phone.

Start a Round or Game

Choose from 500+ lidar-scanned courses, a driving range, or 10 entertainment game modes. Select your club, step up, and swing.

Read Your Shot Data

After each shot, TrackMan displays ball speed, club speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and more. Over time, this data reveals exactly where to focus your improvement.

What should I wear to a golf simulator?

Comfortable clothes and flat-soled shoes. Sneakers, golf shoes without metal spikes, or even just socks are fine. No dress code — come as you are.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

No. NeoGolf provides rental clubs at no charge. If you prefer your own, bring them — we have bag storage next to each bay.

How early should I arrive?

Your door code activates 15 minutes before your booking. Arriving 5-10 minutes early is ideal to get settled. If it's your first time, arrive 10 minutes early and we'll walk you through everything.

Do I need to download an app before I come?

Yes — download the free TrackMan Golf app (iOS or Android) before your visit. You'll use it to receive your door code and connect to the simulator. It takes about 2 minutes to set up.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome at both locations. At Ocean Springs, you're right next to Crave Food Hall — order from your phone and eat between shots.

Is it hard to use the simulator?

Not at all. The TrackMan iO system is designed to be intuitive. Scan the QR code on the bay screen, pick a course or game mode, and swing. If you get stuck, call (228) 300-9134 and we'll walk you through it over the phone — or come during staffed hours for in-person help.
