Open the App Store or Google Play and search 'TrackMan Golf,' or use the direct links below. Create a free account with your email, then check your inbox and confirm the verification email — the door code and simulator pairing won't work until your account is verified. This whole step takes about two minutes and only has to happen once.
15 minutes before your booking, you'll receive a door code in the TrackMan app. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Members use 24/7 mobile app access instead.
Power on the bay (switch is on the wall), connect to NeoGolf WiFi, and scan the QR code on the bay screen with your phone.
Choose from 500+ lidar-scanned courses, a driving range, or 10 entertainment game modes. Select your club, step up, and swing.
