By accessing or using NeoGolf facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
NeoGolf reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
NeoGolf provides indoor golf entertainment and instruction services, including:
All membership plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current membership rate at renewal.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Members may bring guests to the facility. Guest fees and policies vary by membership tier. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with all facility rules and these Terms of Service.
Bay reservations can be made online through our booking platforms or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the full booking fee.
Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled booking time may result in forfeiture of the reservation. The full booking fee may be charged for no-shows.
All guests and members must adhere to the following facility rules:
Golf, including indoor simulated golf, involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using NeoGolf facilities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf activities, including but not limited to risks from swinging golf clubs, being struck by golf balls or equipment, and slipping or falling.
You agree that NeoGolf, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You may be required to sign a separate waiver of liability prior to using the facility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, facilities, or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeoGolf in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
NeoGolf is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, including but not limited to golf clubs, electronics, and personal belongings.
All content on the NeoGolf website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NeoGolf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
