No — and that's intentional. NeoGolf was built specifically as an alternative to the traditional country club model. We offer the precision technology, professional instruction, and world-class course access of a high-end club, but without the dress codes, intimidating clubhouse culture, initiation fees, or 5-hour time commitments. Anyone can walk in, book a bay, and play 18 holes at Pebble Beach in 90 minutes wearing whatever they want. Our mission is to make great golf accessible to everyone — beginners, kids, women new to the game, busy professionals, and seasoned scratch players alike.

No membership required. Public bay rental is available at $60 per hour, which includes 1 complimentary guest (additional guests are $10 each, with a maximum of 4 players per bay). Walk-ins are welcome during public hours. Memberships start at $119/month and unlock benefits like 24/7 mobile app access and member-only events.

Yes. Membership is capped to protect the quality of the experience — 100 active members at D'Iberville and 25 at Ocean Springs. Current members lock in their rate for as long as they remain in good standing, even if pricing goes up for new members. Once a location reaches its cap, new members join a waitlist.

Unlike camera-only or floor-based systems, TrackMan iO requires no clip-on devices, no floor sensors, and tracks both club and ball with PGA Tour-grade accuracy.

Yes — bring your own clubs! TrackMan iO works with any standard golf clubs and standard golf balls. Most members and visitors prefer playing with their own equipment for the most realistic experience. We also have rental clubs available for guests who don't have their own, and the simulators work equally well with rental clubs.

We also offer 60-minute and 90-minute formats, lesson packages (3, 5, and 10-pack savings), online coaching ($120/month), and full coaching memberships with TrackMan data analysis, video review, and TPI physical assessments.

For public bookings, you'll receive a door code 15 minutes before your reservation via the TrackMan Golf app. Download the app, create a free account, and your code arrives automatically. At the bay, connect your phone to the 'NeoGolf Amp' WiFi network and scan the QR code displayed on the bay screen to launch your session. Members have 24/7 mobile app access — open TrackMan app → My Bookings → access link.

For members, yes — NeoGolf members enjoy 24/7 app-based access. There are no time restrictions, no booking conflicts, and no staff required. For public visitors, our staffed hours are 7AM–7PM daily at D'Iberville and 10AM–10PM daily at Ocean Springs. Walk-ins are welcome during staffed hours.

Absolutely — NeoGolf is the Gulf Coast's premier venue for private golf events. We host birthday parties (kids and adults), corporate team building, fundraisers, league nights, bachelor and bachelorette parties, holiday parties, customer appreciation events, and more. Packages range from 1 bay for 2 hours ($150) to 4 bays for 4 hours ($960). Catering is available at $10 per guest. We also offer a mobile TrackMan bay for off-site events.

If you want to learn the basics properly, our PGA professionals offer 30-minute beginner lessons starting at $80. Many of our most loyal members started as complete beginners.

NeoGolf has two locations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our flagship D'Iberville location at 4018 Cassimer Ave features 4 TrackMan iO simulator bays in its own building, right next to NeoLife Physical Therapy and NeoFit Performance Institute. Our Ocean Springs location at 1515 Government Street offers 2 TrackMan iO bays and is conveniently adjacent to Crave Food Hall. Both locations offer 24/7 member access.
