About Spyglass Hill
Spyglass Hill Golf Course is the wild middle child of the Monterey Peninsula trio (Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, Spanish Bay). Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed Spyglass to combine the seaside drama of Pebble Beach with the deep Del Monte Forest interior — the first 5 holes hug the dunes and ocean, then the course climbs into towering Monterey pines. Many tour pros consider Spyglass tougher than Pebble Beach itself.
