Torrey Pines South Course sits on the cliffs of La Jolla, California, with sweeping ocean views and tournament-tested challenge. A San Diego municipal course (yes, you can walk on and play it), Torrey Pines hosts the annual Farmers Insurance Open and has staged two US Opens — most famously the 2008 epic playoff where Tiger Woods beat Rocco Mediate on a broken leg. The combination of length, ocean wind, and elevated tee shots makes it one of the most demanding muni rounds in America.
